What is the system, exactly?
Software we build for your task and run for you. It reads the documents, enters the details and checks them, using AI where it helps. It works through access you give it, agreed in writing, and we watch every job it does.
What does it cost, and when do we pay?
You get the price after the map. You pay half the setup fee to start and the rest once it’s working in your office. The monthly fee starts then and covers running it, watching it and fixing it.
Will it work with the systems we use?
We check while we map your office. The work arrives in your own system. If we can’t do it without adding work, we’ll tell you.
What do you need from our team?
Nothing new to learn: nobody logs in to anything new. We need a few hours for the map, a walkthrough of the first task, and someone to check its first results with us.
How will we know it’s working?
Before we build, we agree what the task must do and how we’ll check it. It runs alongside your process until the results match. The second half of the setup fee is paid then.
What if something goes wrong?
We watch every job it does and get an alert when something looks wrong. We fix it. Anything unusual about a policy goes to your team, as today.
What if we stop?
It’s month to month, with 30 days’ notice. You keep your data, the record of all its work and written instructions for the job.
What access do you need, and where does our data go?
Only what the task needs. Your documents stay in your own systems; the software reads them to do the job and keeps a record of its work. Before we start, we agree in writing what it can access, where the data is processed and which providers are involved. Your data is never used to train AI.
